Program description
When you submit the application form on this website, or opt in through one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, you agree to receive text messages from ScaleLeads about your application, your strategy call booking (confirmations, reminders and changes), and occasional information about our services and offers.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive a few messages around your application and call, and occasional messages afterwards.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation text and then no further messages. We will still contact you about a call you have already booked unless you ask us not to.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
The strategy call
The strategy call is free and carries no obligation on either side. Its purpose is to review how your business currently gets customers and whether ScaleLeads is a fit. We may decline to work with a business that does not meet the criteria described on this website. You may cancel or reschedule your call at any time using the link in your confirmation.
The guarantee
The lead and profit guarantees described on this website are summaries. The exact terms, including how a qualified lead and a closed job are defined, the conditions you must meet, and how results are measured, are set out in the written service agreement you sign before any campaign begins. The guarantees do not apply to anyone who has not signed that agreement.
Results and earnings
The revenue figures, calculator outputs and client results shown on this website are examples and real past outcomes, not promises of what you will earn. Your results depend on your pricing, your service area, your ad budget, your capacity, and how quickly you follow up with leads. Past client results are not a guarantee of future results.
Use of this website
You may not use this website or the application form to submit false information, to harvest data, or for any unlawful purpose. We may remove or refuse any application at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including copy, video, images and the ScaleLeads name and logo, belongs to ScaleLeads and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
